In order to make it easier on our clients, Pro Cleaning Solutions offer 2 distinct Residential Cleaning Packages that each offer a specific checklist of cleaning services.

One-Time Cleaning Package

Deep Cleaning is our most intensive cleaning package. This package is recommended for those who need a spring cleaning, move in/move out cleaning, or after-party cleaning.

 

We pay as close attention as possible to the small areas in your home that have likely been neglected over the years. This package ensures that your home will be completely transformed and thoroughly cleaned.

  • Floors scrubbed and mopped

  • Tile grouting scrubbed (floors and walls)

  • Window sills hand wiped

  • Doorknobs are detail cleaned and disinfected

  • Doors & door frames hand wiped

  • Kitchen furniture hand wiped

  • * Inside fridge cleaned (optional for extra cost)

  • * Inside oven cleaned (optional for extra cost)

  • Outlets and light switches hand wiped

  • Range hood cleaned inside out

  • Drips pans or ceramic top surfaces wiped

  • Microwave wiped in and out

  • Exterior of appliances cleaned

  • * Baseboards hand wiped (optional for extra cost)

  • Knickknack areas cleaned

  • Fronts of cabinets hand wiped

  • Counter tops cleaned

  • Top and front of stove cleaned

  • Sinks cleaned and disinfected

  • Cobwebs removed

  • General dusting

  • Empty garbage and recycling

  • * Additional charges may apply

Recurring Cleaning Package

Maintenance Cleaning is our standard package, aimed at those who simply want their home to be tidied up and properly maintained.

 

This package is perfect for small families, although we also perform this service for many smaller residences without children as well.

  • Counter tops cleaned and disinfected

  • Outside of range hood cleaned

  • * Inside fridge cleaned (optional for extra cost)

  • * Inside oven cleaned (optional for extra cost)

  • Top and front of stove cleaned

  • Drips pans or ceramic top surfaces wiped

  • Sinks cleaned and sanitized

  • Fronts of all appliances cleaned

  • Floors vacuumed and damp mopped

  • Window sills, ledges, and blinds dusted

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Microwave wiped in and out

  • Doors spot cleaned

  • Top of tables and chairs cleaned

  • General dusting

  • Empty garbage and recycle
